Somatic Movement (AT) classes are guided slow, mindful movements to release chronic tension, open new pathways and improve overall body awareness. Group classes will explore simple movements and sequences that promote relaxation, range of motion, while releasing tension in the fascia and joints of the body. Learn how to pause and encourage space, breathe more deeply, release tension and calm the nervous system.

This class is based on Ashtanga yoga- synchronizing breath to movement in a steady, flowing sequence. FLOW YOGA offers an opportunity for slow, deep stretches emphasizing meditative awareness and focused attention on alignment and deepening the breath. (60 min).
